Perennials will then come back year after year. An excellent way to brighten up a small border or a larger area.

Quick to grow long flowering season.

For best results sow in the Spring March through to May. Can be sown in the Autumn but less Annual species may grow.

Mixture Details Annuals & Perennials Virginia Stocks Mixed A delightful, easily grown annual that produces masses of blooms in lilac, pink, mauve and white. Ideal for early spring colour practically everywhere. Larkspur mixed Feathery foliage with upright flowering spikes bearing densely pack blooms in shades of pink, blue, white and violet. Echium Glorious blue flowers buzzing with bees. Cosmos mixed Features large blooms in velvet red, rose-pink and pure white. The well-branched plants are medium height and come into flower earlier than most other varieties. Glysophila A neat rosette forms at the base of the plant, and the flowers grow in light, airy, almost leafless sprays, the wiry stems winding in between neighbouring flowers Candytuft Candytuft are pretty flowers that smell lovely; they will flower in the summer. Chrysanthemum mixed Superb for late colour in beds and borders, this mixture of double and semi-double flowers will add a splash of colour when other flowers are becoming tired. Also makes good, long lasting cut flowers. Mignonette Mignonette flowers are extremely fragrant. Night Scented Stock Emits a pleasant scent in the evening and through the night. It has four-petaled purple to white flowers, which are approximately 1 to 2 cm wide. Calendula Calendula is an old-fashioned hardy annual Herb that has been updated with large-flowered cultivars in sunny shades of yellow, orange, and apricot Alyssum Maritimum An annual plant growing to 10-30 cm tall. The stem is very branched, with dense clusters of small flowers. The leaves are 1-4 cm long and 3-5 mm, broad, alternate, sessile, quite hairy, oval to lanceolate, with an entire margin. HA - Hardy annual. Height 45cm Godetia It is a native of the west coast of America from California up to British Columbia. Its flowers could be described as being like that of the Azalea and come in pinks, lavender, purples and reds. Linum mixed Delicate foliage and masses of single flowers Nigella Nigella An old cottage garden flower, a favourite for scattering wherever there is a gap in the flower border, but also good for short-term massed bedding and for drying. Tagetes Patula The flower is an annual growing to 0.5 m by 0.3 m. It is in flower from July to October, and the seeds ripen in September. Adonis Aestivalis Adonis aestivalis An Annual growing to 0.3 m (1ft). It is in flower in June, and the seeds ripen in July.
