Please note due to
two dry springs there is a shortage of perennial
ryegrass. This has lead to a dramatic increase in
prices, some of which we have had to pass on. Rather
than change our mixes and weaken them we have
maintained them as before.
On the natural horsemanship side we have a similar
range of mixtures. The principle behind this approach
is that we take the Perennial ryegrass out of the
mixture and base it around a more diverse range of
species. You would look to buy this range if you were
concerned that too much rich grass may increase the
risk of laminitis. Or if you wanted to encourage a
wider range of species to grow. The yield will be
less from the natural Horsemanship as against the
traditional range..
We are happy to discuss your particular requirements
if you cannot see a mixture that fits. If you are

horsemanship approach then click on Garry Holter on
